Speedy Refunds on Escrow and Recordings - Unlike other companies who hold onto borrowers and purchasers funds, we refund excess escrows taken at closing within 10 days of the service being provided.  When we collect recording fees to perform a task, and it is performed by another party or lender, we return those funds within 15 days of confirmation.
