  • We Do Not Mark-Up Bankruptcy, Patriot Act or Franchise Tax Fees. You Pay What We Pay
  • We Do Not Charge Any Junk, Contin, Courier, Fedex, Processing, Tax or other Such Fees
  • We Do Not Mark-Up Recording Charges, You Pay What We Pay With Excesses Refunded Quickly

  • They May or May Not Charge You the Least Premium Depending on Their Underwriter Is
  • They Mark-Up Municipal and Departmental Search Fees from 50% - 300%
  • They Mark-Up Bankruptcy, Patriot Act or Franchise Tax Fees from 100% - 1000%
